While applying online, in the application form, after filling the candidate's name, father's name, mother's name, permanent address, date of birth, photo and signature, and other information, it has to be filled very much carefully and completely correctly. If any wrong or incomplete information is provided, the relevant application will be rejected without any prior permission. Verification the applicant's information, photo and signature by designated Authority, the first eligible candidate shall be allowed to sit for appearing the written test. Candidates who are already enrolled in Bangladesh Bank system are not required to register and apply through their existing CV ID Number and Password. Those who are new candidates will get a CV ID Number and Password after completing the online registration, which has to be used in future. It is very important that a candidate cannot create more than one CV ID Number, so it should be saved properly.

Application Fee Payment Method:
Candidates will have to make the payment through MFS 'Rocket' app or manual method of Dutch Bangla Bank PLC. In this case, Billers Selection Committee Secretariat or 499 Biller ID should be selected by selecting the option "Bill Pay" in Rocket app or manual method. The candidate then has to feed in the relevant Job ID, the first part of the candidate's CV ID Number (before the hyphen), and the fee amount correctly. After payment of the fee, a Transaction ID (TxnID) number will be generated and is to be kept with the candidate for future reference at the time of payment verification.
Payment Verification:
The candidate shall go to the Payment Verify site of Bangladesh Bank using the TxnID number received after paying the fee and must provide the TxnID correctly. If this verification is not completed, the candidates will not get the chance to download their Admit Card, and the application will be incomplete.

Application made online, candidates are not required to submit any documents, but if they pass the written test, they shall have to submit the correct certificate or attestation in support of the information provided on the day of the oral test. In case of grave mistakes in the information, the candidate will not be permitted to appear in the oral test and if mistakes are detected during the preparation of the panel, the candidate will not be included in the panel.
Hence, instead of awaiting the last date for submission, the application is to be submitted as early as possible, pay the prescribed fee and complete the Payment Verification. In case of submission of fee with an incorrect JOB ID or CV ID, or if the Payment Verification is not done, the application shall stand rejected.
